Truss Assembler – Day shift

Location: 580 Thompson St, Cobourg, ON

Your regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime hours possible during peak periods.

The wage range for this position is $20.00-$23.50/hour, based on your skills and experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• – Preparing and assembling pre-fabricated roof trusses
• – Using hand tools and power tools
• – Picking orders
• – Stacking lumber at saws
• – Assisting with the movement of semi-finished and finished product

What you need to succeed:

• – Experience with power tools
• – Experience working with your hands
• – Framing experience is considered a strong asset
• – Forklift experience is considered a strong asset
• – Strong safety focus
• – Ability to work well as part of a team
• – Self-motivated, hardworking, positive
• – Attention to detail
• – Ability to communicate well in English

Please note that CSA-approved safety footwear is required – KOTT will provide other PPE
