Your main duties

  • » Provide routine server and network maintenance and support (Windows-Based)
  • » Respond to user queries, and provide support for laptops/desktops, phones, and email (Windows, Office 365)
  • » Install and configure computer networks and systems
  • » Install and configure Edge Security (Anti Virus – Symantec and Spam – Message Labs)
  • » Install and configure devices
  • » Identify and solve problems that arise with computer networks and systems

Requirements:

Experience & Education

  • » You have 1-3 years’ experience working as a Network Admin, or a 1st or 2nd Level IT Support Agent
  • » Experience in construction industry specific software (Mitek, Planswift, Epicor) is considered a significant asset
  • » Experience with MS SQL is considered an asset
  • » High school education or equivalent

Stair & Rail Finishing Technician

Job Description:

Overview

As a full-time member of the KOTT Inc. Installed Services team, you are dispatched to multiple service calls per day, to provide finishing touch ups and repairs at new home construction sites, as well as at occupied homes.

You are provided with a company vehicle, a company clothing package, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (except for safety shoes, which you provide).

Job Description:

As a full-time member of the KOTT Inc. Design & Engineering team, your key responsibility is to design wall and floor panels for residential construction, based on customer-provided plans and Scopes of Work.

We’d prefer an experienced Designer (framing components – roof, walls or floors) for this position, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
