Your day-to-day
Greet customers and visitors, and connect them with the right person
• Answer incoming calls, and connect them with the right person

• Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
• Filing, data entry, photocopying

Requirements:

Experience & Education
Minimum one year of Reception or Customer Service experience
• Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
• Office Administration Diploma

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for academic requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is considered an asset

AZ Driver – Short Haul (no overnights!)

Job Description:

KOTT Inc.’s goal is to get our customers what they need, when they need it. Our AZ Drivers play a huge role in delivering on our promise. We are looking for full-time AZ Drivers for local deliveries.

As part of the KOTT Delivery team, you will make several local delivery runs each day from KOTT to residential construction sites, and have the opportunity to be home every night.

You will operate our fleet of brand new and late model delivery vehicles, and will be supported by an advanced fleet management program.

Your day-to-day
• Oversee the safe loading and strapping of materials
• Drive a tractor trailer – safely and efficiently – to and from job sites
• Oversee the safe unloading of materials at customer sites
• Be responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle
• Report all maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Experience
    • You have a minimum of 2 years current driving experience
    • Experience operating a Moffatt is considered an asset
    • Experience with oversize loads is considered an asset

Sales Associate – Landscaping Products

Job Description:

As part of the front-line team at our Landscaping Products Sales Centre, you serve both Landscaping Contractors and the public. You have a customer-service focus and excellent interpersonal skills. You are a team player, a great multi-tasker, and are detail-oriented.

This position is guaranteed full-time work with the responsibilities below during our Landscaping season (March to December). There is also the potential for office work at our other location during the offseason.

  • • Serve customers at the sales counter, over the phone, and by e-mail

Job Description:

As a full-time member of the KOTT Inc. Installed Services team, you are dispatched to multiple service calls per day, to provide finishing touch ups and repairs at new home construction sites, as well as at occupied homes.

You are provided with a company vehicle, a company clothing package, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (except for safety shoes, which you provide).

Ideal candidates have a strong customer-service orientation, are self-directed, have good interpersonal skills and consider themselves a team player.

Your day-to-day

  • Post-installation stain and lacquer touch ups
  • Pre-finishing stair and railing parts for service
  • Repairing finishing work that has been damaged on site

  • Conduct vehicle circle checks and maintain daily vehicle logs
  • Requirements:

    Experience 

  • Experience as a Finisher of stair & railing parts, furniture, or other fine finishing work preferred
  • Experience with lacquer/paint spraying, particularly with Kremlin spraying systems, is a strong asset
